12 Affordable Sustainable Fashion Brands

12 Affordable Sustainable Fashion Brands

Going green and sustainability is a growing concern among everyone, am I right? It’s so common to bring reusable bags to grocery stores, recycle and even compost. If you’re like me and have started to shop for sustainable clothes too, I’ve rounded up my favorite sustainable fashion brands for those of us on a budget.

12 Affordable Sustainable Fashion Brands

1. EcoVibe Apparel

One of the more stylish and fashion forward sustainable brands. They have everything from cute jackets, dresses, jumpsuits shoes and accessories. Their Portland store is very cute, but since I’m in California, I mostly shop their online store.

avg. $30-$80

2. Everlane

For men and women! The first sustainable brand I was introduced to and didn’t even know was sustainable. Everlane is great for simplistic quality pieces. Their products are made from silk, linen, cashmere and cotton without the insane price tag. Their shoe selection is also one of my favorites.

avg. $60-$120

3. Alternative Apparel

For men and women! Their clothing is ultra soft and they offer mostly basics, loungewear and a few active pieces. I get most of Josh’s clothes here because his style is relaxed/urban and he loves how soft their pieces are.

avg. $30-$90

4. ABLE

For women. Love this site for their leather goods, accessories, denim and shoes. This is another more fashion forward, sustainable brand.

avg. $80-$130

5. PACT

For men, women and kids! PACT is Fair Trade Certified and they make basics from organic cotton. They offer mostly basics and loungewear, but also have a selection of underwear and socks.

avg. $30-$50

6. Thought

For men and women. Thought clothing is full of fun prints. Their style is on the contemporary side, a mix between Ann Taylor and J.Crew. A great place for work or business casual clothing.

avg. $50-$120

7. People Tree

For women. People Tree’s style is more on the romantic, girlie side. They also just launched some activewear pieces. Everything from People Tree is also Fair Trade Certified and they also use organic cotton.

avg. $50-$150

8. Siizu

For women. Siizu’s style is very clean and modern. Their pieces are made from fine natural fabrics such as silk, merino wool, cashmere, tencel and linen. Siizu also donates 10% of profits to plant trees.

avg. $65-$180

9. Groceries Apparel

For women and men. Basics dyed and sustainably made in their Los Angeles factory. Groceries apparel makes their clothing from fabrics like organic cotton and eucalyptus. Their basics are on the edgier side.

avg. $48-$114

10. Frank and Oak

For men and women. Made for good living. Frank and Oak clothing is made from organic and recycled fibers and donates a portion of sales to local manufactures that support underprivileged women. Their styles are classic and modern with a hint of prints.

avg. $25-$120

11. Grana

For women and men. For women, Grana’s style is feminine and modern. For men, Grana’s style is classic and modern. Like Siizu, they use fine natural fabrics like silk, linen, cashmere, denim and pima cotton.

avg. $39-$180

12. Synergy Clothing

For men and women. Synergy clothing is Fair Trade Certified and makes simple colorful clothing in a variety of styles from organic fabrics. They also have a collection of graphic tee’s and activewear.

avg. $40-$100
