Easy Naan Pizza

Easy Naan Pizza

SONY DSCSONY DSCMost of the time I am craving eggs and carbs, so I whipped up a really quick Naan pizza for Josh and I. It also is under 500 calories and super filling.

What you need: A trip to Trader Joes and leftovers. Sort of kidding. the recipe is below!

Ingredients:

  • Naan from Trader Joe’s
  • Pesto or marinara sauce
  • Cheese (I use Trader Joe’s Almond Cheese)
  • Any toppings you want (I used, left over fingerling potatoes, tomatoes and spinach, but I also always have TJ’s preserved artichokes and olives in my pantry.
  • 1 Egg

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Remove the Naan from the freezer and place it on a baking sheet
  3. Spread the sauce and begin to put your toppings on including the egg
  4. Place the pizza in the oven for around 10 minutes, the Naan will defrost and the pizza will cook
  5. After the 10 minutes is up,put the oven on broil, to thoroughly cook the egg
